Agata Rozycka is a Senior Creative Program Manager at Amazon, overseeing regional packaging and publications development for Amazon devices like Echo, Kindle, and Fire TV. Her journey in creative program management began at Procter & Gamble, where she led end-to-end artwork projects for home care products and discovered her passion for quality improvement. As the quality lead, she spearheaded process standardization initiatives and developed action plans to enhance quality rates. 

Rob is a senior leader with two decades' experience managing digital transformation in the arts and culture sector. He is currently the Director of Digital and Service Transformation at the National Library of Scotland and has previously managed digital programmes at the Scottish Government, National Museums Scotland, the Royal Institution, BAFTA and Chatham House.

Ben is R&D lead for Data Mesh and Semantic Infrastructure at AstraZeneca he is responsible for the application of graph technology in support of Information Discovery. He is focused on delivering FAIR Data-centric architecture to create multimodal integrated data sets to enable exploration and reuse of pre-clinical, clinical and Real World Evidence data.

Carla is the Head of Design Operations at Skyscanner, with over a decade of experience in operations. She has successfully scaled a boutique design agency from a team of 10 to 100 and played a pivotal role in expanding Skyscanner’s in-house brand team. Carla specialises in resource management for creative teams, blending strategic planning with a genuine passion for cultivating strong team cultures.

Bruce has a lengthy history in the museum field including time at Second Story Interactive Studios, six years as the CIO / Director of Technology at the Denver Art Museum, Nearlife (an MIT media-lab startup), and the New England Aquarium.

Nathan VanderByl is the Head of Operations and Project Management for Studio X Europe, WPP's dedicated agency network for The Coca-Cola Company. With over 15 years of experience leading creative operations at some of the world's most awarded creative agencies across Australia and the UK, Nathan currently oversees a distributed team of 600+ professionals across London, Madrid, and Berlin, delivering transformative experiences across creative, strategy, media, digital, social, PR, and emerging technology.

Gareth Chilton is the founder of ManMachine, a consultancy specializing in MarTech for Creative and Marketing Operations. With over 20 years in business transformation and two successful exits, he helps businesses integrate people, process, and technology. Gareth’s passion is making digital adoption seamless for agencies and clients alike, optimizing their MarTech stacks and operational efficiency. His experience spans diverse marketing and consumer tech sectors on both agency and client side, managing digital projects for startups and blue-chip clients globally.

Venessa is a renowned design leader, speaker, and problem solver who specialises in creating experiences that meet business and customer needs. With a proven track record of building design practices and teams for brands such as Vodafone, Rightmove, and UK tech unicorn Cazoo, she is currently the Global UX Director at Dye & Durham. Through her blog, Venessa shares her invaluable insights and learnings on UX and design leadership.
