Henry Stewart Conference Studies LLP, Henry Stewart Events Ltd and Henry Stewart Events, Inc. (We or Us) reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to change the venue of a conference, webinar or other event and/or speakers/chairs/moderators and/or programme from that described. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel any conference, webinar or other event, in which circumstances all monies previously paid will be refunded. We accept no responsibility for the views expressed by the speakers, chairs, participants or any other person taking part in a conference, webinar or other event.

Payments must be made in advance of conferences and other events. Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days or more before the date of the conference or other event in which case a refund will be made in full. Substitutions can be made at any time. All substitutions and name changes must be made in writing and will be effective when received by Us.
