Mike oversees the systems and engineers the core processes that underpin creative and brand production for HelloFresh and its portfolio of brands — Factor, Green Chef, and EveryPlate.
Over his nearly six years with the HelloFresh business, Mike has worked cross-functionally to help develop the infrastructure required for high-volume creative output in a growth-focused culture: streamlined creative processes across five production teams, standardized information management between internal teams and stakeholders, and implemented reliable and functional systems for end- and power-users.
Mike takes pride in designing infrastructure that fades to the periphery of what's important: creative vision and execution, sustainable business strategies, and meaningful connections between the business and the customer.
