Agata has more than 20 years of experience in brand and marketing management. Agata is leading the content at scale initiative across the entire bp organisation – amongst this is a worldwide implementation of an enterprise DAM solution that covers all content creation & approval processes as well as asset management requirements in global and local marketing functions at bp. As part of her role, she helps in the marketing operations setup for newer business lines like bp pulse and is also driving first AI-based content automation test cases at different brands within bp.
Agata was a global digital marketing and CRM manager at bp before she took over the global communications transformation role, so she is well aware of what the specific day-to-day challenges and potential resistance looks like when it comes to transforming the content creation & management processes within the bp marketing organisation.
Before joining bp, Agata was digital marketing manager at Accenture, Oodle Finance as well as Vodafone and had roles in Account Management at companies like BBDO.
