Jeffrey M. Schad is currently the Senior Director of Photography at Vineyard with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Parsons School of Design. Jeffrey's journey began with freelance photographic assignments for Condé Nast Publications, where his exceptional talent for still life photography flourished. He played a pivotal role in establishing an internal photographic studio to produce imagery for prominent brands like Lucky, Domino and Cargo, eventually expanding across Condé Nast's portfolio, working harmoniously with the Photo and Creative Directors to customize teams and workflows to maximize creative and fiscal benefits.
During Condé Nast’s move to One World Trade Center, Jeffrey worked closely with the executive team at Condé Nast and Gensler Architecture to design and oversee the construction of a 20,000 sq ft suite of studios, including culinary and audio recording capabilities.
Jeffrey's expertise led him to Vineyard Vines, where he became the Studio Director, overseeing in-studio photography, post-production, eCommerce art direction, and sample management. Now serving as Senior Director of Photography, Jeffrey also leads a dedicated team responsible for creating captivating campaign content both in-studio and on-location as well as asset management for all content produced.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jeffrey’s personal work has been exhibited internationally in galleries and museums such as V1 in Copenhagen, Museum of Contemporary Art in Tucson, in the French embassy in New York City, the Swiss Institute in Paris as well as others.
Jeffrey resides with his wife and son on their working maple farm in the Hudson Valley, New York.
