Jen started in enterprise data management working on a global project team tasked with centralizing disparate processes and technologies across the organization. From this experience, she gained an understanding of data classification, learned the value of every step in the data lifecycle, and the importance of listening to your users.
After finishing a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from CUNY Queens, she joined the Carnegie Hall Rose Archives team to support asset ingest and description. Jen focuses on developing workflows in the DAM that increase capacity and discoverability of Carnegie Hall’s Digital Collections.
