Matthew Pull is the Post Production Executive at John Lewis, with 20 years of experience in the creative industries. Responsible for the delivery of over 800,000 supplier images a year to the John Lewis website. The volume of e-commerce images delivered per year has grown by over 50% in the 5 years he has held this role.
He oversees the art working and formatting of all online supplier content, driving content standards whilst maintaining launch deadlines. An expert in digital solution tools, he delivers art working requests to high standards and volume, delivering the best customer experience for all supplier content.
Responsible for the offshoring retouch and art working process for supplier provided imagery, establishing clear processes, creating guides, KPI’s, image quality standards and setting clear delivery deadlines. He strives for continual improvement in performance and ways of working as well as seeking new and innovative ways to engage in emerging technologies, process or content.
Matthew was born and brought up in London and studied at Central Saint Martins. Previous to John Lewis he worked as a photographer and retoucher, delivering images for clients such as Maison Margiela, Vivienne Westwood, COS, Adidas, M&S, QVC and the Premier League.
