During his career, he has branded, rebranded, and refreshed; crystallised brand voice; told authentic brand stories; built and in-housed outstanding creative teams; and grown brands from regional challenger to superbrand.
Michael spent 11 years as Head of Creative and Branding for Ocado, the world’s largest pure-play online grocery retailer, where he built a 45-person, multi-site creative studio capable of extraordinary things. Now he works as a creative consultant, using his knowledge to help other creative teams grow, evolve, and scale.
