With over 10 years experience in branding and marketing, Jo now leads the MADE.com brand from the MADE Design Studio in London. Overseeing everything from brand strategy and advertising through to building innovation within retail, social and advocacy campaigns.

Previously, Jo worked directly with Diesel's artistic director Nicola Formichetti, responsible for the brand's creative strategy and international advertising campaigns. Leading creative agency relationships, managing the internal global creative teams and delivering a consistent marketing message across all online and offline platforms.

Prior to going brand-side, Jo established and ran her own creative agencies, with a focus on social and cultural influencers. Here she created global communication strategies, award-winning content, brand advocacy/influencer programmes, experiential campaigns and delivered trend insights and events for clients including Nike, Gap, Red Bull, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Bacardi Global Brands, Nokia, Diageo & Bestseller.

In 2004 Jo co-founded Beyond the Valley – an award-winning design boutique and fashion label based in London’s West End. Over the next five years, she helped launch more than 300 emerging British designers into the fashion, art and design industries.

Jo regularly judges D&AD, New Blood Awards, Le Book, CreativePool, Superbrands and Coolbrands UK awards to name a few, alongside presenting keynote speeches at international events, where she always tries to throw in at least one bad joke.
