Nicky is co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of leading AI powered talent matching software, Genie.
She has always had a deep passion for fostering creativity and nurturing talent, having been an equity partner in a leading London executive search firm for 15 years prior to Genie, and putting together the management teams of a number of the world’s leading advertising agencies.
Nicky and her co-founders started Genie at the end of 2019, with a simple ambition to help companies optimise talent and maximise performance. Nicky plays a critical role in driving Genie’s strategic direction and growth of the business, managing Genie’s key partnerships.
Nicky graduated with a degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol, and spent the early years of her career in the advertising industry turning around the fortunes of UK retailer, Marks & Spencer with the Twiggy Mr Blue Sky campaign in 2005 and launching the innovative BBC iPlayer catch-up service.
With her astute ability to blend creativity, technology, and human connection, Nicky continues to be a driving force, reshaping the way industries approach talent optimisation and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
