Donald is head of Norton Rose Fulbright's infrastructure and energy team working on both domestic and international construction and engineering projects. Donald focuses on highly technical disputes. He has significant experience of all forms of construction contract including FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC, JCT and ICE as well as bespoke and operational works contracts in numerous sectors. Donald has previously spent 2 years as acting General Counsel on secondment (whilst a partner) to Tube Lines, who were responsible under the PPP Contract with London Underground Limited for the upgrade and maintenance of the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines, and has recently been retained as project counsel advising an international contractor in connection with the upgrade contract for signalling works on the majority of the lines on the London Underground and on the High Speed 2 Project.
