Kristen has nearly a decade of experience across many marketing disciplines, but her passion is connecting audiences with the right content at the right time — including internal audiences. She's held DAM management responsibilities her entire career and led user-centric platform launches and refreshes in B2B and B2C organizations in the technology and AlcBev industries.
Kristen is the Manager, Marketing Services Content at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, where she led a yearlong project to turn their marketing-centric DAM into an enterprise-wide communication tool. She earned an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of North Alabama. Kristen firmly believes that her success as a DAM admin started with her audience-obsessed education, where she studied beginning every project by considering the end-users' needs.
