With more than 20 years in the digital asset management industry, Neal Bilow is known for his leadership and ability to translate strategic, organisational and business goals into technology solutions that work.

He is a respected member of the media, entertainment, and technology industries, and is recognised internationally for his innovative methods of identifying and unblocking digital supply chain obstacles, across all markets. 

Ali Hanan is the founder of Creative Equals, now an award-winning organisation working across the globe to drive equity, inclusion, and diversity. In her former life, she worked as a Creative Director in the advertising and marketing sector for 18 years on some of the world’s biggest brands, including Dulux, Guinness, Ford, IKEA, British Airways (and more) at some of its leading agencies.

Meenakshi is the Technical Lead, Content Infrastructure and Solutions at Netflix Inc. Since 2018, Meenakshi has been working on the architecture and implementation of the Media Asset Management Platform and designed the platform components using the distributed system architecture, recognizing the integral role of the system in content production and post-production workflows. She has collaborated with studio partner applications to ensure platform evolution to meet the changing industry landscape.

Shelly Chiang focuses on Experience Manager Assets product strategy and marketing for content automation, AI, and immersive experiences, bringing creativity and personalization at scale, all within the DAM. Before Adobe, she led go-to-market strategy in the low-code automation and analytics space. She is passionate about connecting customers to information that brings better experiences.

At Lands’ End, Dale facilitated the final implementation of a transition to a new DAM. His current focus is on leveraging metadata to enhance search capabilities and to streamline workflows, as well as providing ongoing training opportunities to increase DAM adoption. Prior to Lands’ End, Dale worked in the education and library fields and partnered with a cultural heritage institution to develop a digital preservation plan. Dale holds an MLS with an archives concentration.
