Tom is the Design Lead at Aviva where he guides the design team in creating lasting solutions to customer problems across Aviva’s storefront (co.uk and .com), MyAviva (customer dashboard) and Aviva’s Global Design System. Tom has nearly two decades of experience in the creative industry that includes digital, brand, marketing and advertising.

Roxy is a member of Figma's Enterprise Team in EMEA, working closely with design teams to help them ship products faster and collaborate more efficiently. Roxy's experience spans fashion & beauty software, to creative and design technology.

Anne leads the Heritage & Archives function at BT, the world’s oldest telecommunications company, with a history tracing back to 1846. She is a qualified archivist with previous roles at Lloyds Banking Group and the British Museum.

Anne is currently a Trustee of the Business Archives Council, a charity which promotes the preservation of business records of historical importance. Anne has an interest in digital preservation and was a Board Director of the Digital Preservation Coalition between 2013-16, where she chaired the sub-committee on Advocacy and Communications.

Madi is Head of Client Solutions and Services at Graphifi, a knowledge graphs, semantics and structured authoring startup company. She is a creative technologist that specialises in DAM, enterprise taxonomy and ontology development, information architecture, digital strategy and semantic technologies. She has held executive roles in large multinational companies and has initiated and led business transformation programs from the ground up.

Dan is the Media Manager for Evoke Films, a division of IMG/Endeavor. He is responsible for managing the media handling of active productions as well as overseeing a vast archive library for a luxury goods brand. This has involved the transition from physical media to a cloud based DAM.
 
Dan has over 10 years’ experience in linear television broadcast and workflow automation for live and server based transmission and was involved in the planning and launch of a cloud based 4K UHD channel.

 

Nickole has more than two decades of creative operations, production and marketing experience to share -and bridging the gap between business and creative is her sweet spot. She is passionate about bringing clarity to creative spaces through the utilization of data, voice of customer and mechanisms to tell the true story of a creative operation. Her focus is identifying areas of improvement and offering meaningful solutions that result in a better state for Cella’s partners. Nickole is a Certified Key Performance Indicator Professional.
