Louis King is an Enterprise Architect at Yale University. He works to align technology strategies to University priorities and to optimize the architecture and investments needed to achieve them. Louis engages diverse stakeholders to identify and realize shared opportunities in digital transformation of strategic capabilities. He brings deep and broad experience in enterprise solutions for teaching and learning, research, cultural heritage collections and administration.

As Digital Transformation Lead, Anthony is working to transform KHC into a digitally-powered, agile-enterprise. An organization that develops business led, technology enabled solutions with agility to transform their customer and consumer relationship through data and insights that drives better informed decisions across multiple workstreams.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) is no longer just about storing pretty pictures. Disruption from the COVID-19 pandemic transformed the digital landscape faster and more dramatically than anything we’ve ever seen. E-commerce activities sky-rocketed and consumer stress drove demand for the replacement of familiar in-person experiences with digital ones. In just a few months, we saw what looked like years’ worth of digital transformation. Many companies pivoted just to survive, others are still catching up, and everyone needs to fill in big gaps in the customer experience.

 

Conrad Henson is a Product Marketing Manager for OpenText Digital Asset Management based in London, UK. Conrad has worked in DAM since 2011, predominantly in retail DAM implementations and digital transformation.

Creatives need to work with new content and re-purpose content already in their archive like never before. Creative professionals can spend hours or days searching for the right clip or image to use across a growing volume of content. The lack of rich, descriptive metadata is even more of a problem for creatives working remotely, where long term employees with the institutional memory of where to find the right clips may not be available.

Dan has over 30 years industry experience having worked for both leading post production facilities and production companies. He has worked with Arrow International Media since its inception designing efficient workflows and developing their in-house post-production offering to meet their production requirements. More recently he has been involved in the assessment and implementation of the growing technical opportunities to efficiently manage and exploit media, and enhance the production process.

Matt Eaton heads the EMEA business for GrayMeta, an AI powered metadata company. He has worked with broadcasters and content owners for over 25 years delivering innovative technical solutions across the supply chain. Matt draws on his industry experience working with major media organizations across the globe, as well as technical and operational leadership positions at Cognizant and Virgin Media.
