Khushwant leads a team of product managers responsible for Salesforce's digital experience platform. This platform is used to create visually stunning CRM-based e-commerce websites, communities, portals and mobile applications that organizations can use to engage their ecosystems of customers, partners and employees in a personalized fashion. This platform is also a leader in Gartner's and Forrester's analysis of digital experience platforms.

Craig is a Director in the Marketing Consulting practice at KPMG and has 15 years of experience in marketing technology. He has experience across telecommunications, high tech, online gaming, hospitality, insurance and streaming services. Craig’s focus is on helping clients get the most out of their marketing technology investments. His background includes marketing technology implementation, strategic software selection, marketing technology capability analysis and marketing analytics automation.

Alina Eva Freund is a Senior Advisor at Widen. After working in Key Account Management with international organizations, Alina uses that expertise to assist global organizations to find a DAM solution that fits their specific needs and aligns with their digital marketing strategy and current use of technology. As a member of Widen’s Sales Team Alina advises organizations in the non-profit and for profit sector and regularly gets to support organizations in the cultural heritage space. 

Nathalie De Lemos, Head of Product for Digital Content at Nestlé, is a global leader with international business experience in large and complex environments managing diverse, multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.

Nils has spent over 20 years in the advertising and design industry working across the most recognised agencies in London. In his previous role as Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Grey LDN, Nils oversaw the most profitable and awarded years in the agency’s 52 years history and became one of the youngest agency chairmen in the world leading its brands globally.

Tereza Lachmanova works as Portfolio Resources & Traffic Manager for Coca-Cola, Western Europe, where she had the opportunity to introduce and implement resource management practices for the in-house central marketing and creative teams. 

Daniel has been working in the creative industry for over twenty years, both agency and client side. In that time he has developed and managed internal studios for the likes of BBC Worldwide, Made.com and currently Tesco, applying creative operations principles along the way. He has borrowed heavily from the world of product development, using Agile methodology to drive team performance, motivation and quality. As an advocate of continuous improvement and data driven decision making, Daniel believes these go hand in hand with producing great creative work.

Nicola has been at Specsavers since February 2020. In a long and distinguished agency career, she was previously Chief Client Officer at Havas and Managing Partner at Grey London.
