Bryan Vincent joined the Nordstrom DesignOps team as its first Design Program Manager and continues to enjoy being immersed in new team environments, uncovering and sorting where the greatest opportunities reside, and rolling out tailored processes, tools, and ways of working to significantly improve efficiency, team camaraderie, and a superlative customer experience. Bryan's approach was established and refined via a rich, varied background in design program management, where he learned, above all else, you gotta have fun and love what you're doing!

Julia Johnston leads Design Operations on Nordstrom’s Experience Design team. In her current role, she is especially passionate about introducing the role of Design Program Manager to complex initiatives and enjoys seeing the positive impact this role can have on growing UX teams. Over the last fifteen years, she has held a variety of Ops and program management roles, both on in-house UX teams and on the agency side. Julia is currently based on the foggier side of San Francisco.

Jon Fukuda is the co-founder of Limina, a research and design management consultancy. With over 25 years of expertise in UX strategy, design thinking, and design management, Jon is dedicated to advancing scalable and sustainable human-centered operations. As a curator of the 2024 DesignOps Summit, he continues to lead and inspire innovation in the design industry.

Margaret “Maggie” Woods has 14 years’ experience working in the Digital Media World.  She’s a published photographer and is equally comfortable with the technical aspects and the project-management specifications surrounding digital assets.  As manager of our company’s Marketing and Sales DAM, she designed, implemented, trained a team, and taught our end users how to use a robust resource that now includes almost 8 million assets (and growing!). Maggie is an alumnus of the prestigious Ringling College of Art and Design.

Kelsey Morris is in her first professional position, serving as the lead digital asset management librarian.  After graduating with a Masters in Themed Environments from THE University of Florida, Kelsey found her home with our company.  She designed and documented a critical-path white paper that was instrumental in guiding our company’s leadership to adapt the DAM architecture, structure and methodology that is in place today.
