This half-day tutorial takes apart the nuts and bolts of DAM as both a practice and a technology, so you can better understand what it is, how it really works, and how to make it a success in your enterprise. This session is appropriate for those who are new to DAM or end-users of a DAM system who want to have a deeper understanding of the different things a DAM system can do.

Problem Solving: ‘The Calamity Company’

Design thinking: a creative problem-solving process centered on meeting the needs of humans interacting with technology that is addressing business objectives.

Fundamentals of Metadata for DAM Professionals

This tutorial teaches the fundamentals of metadata, including metadata standards, best practices, asset evaluation, controlled vocabularies, interoperability and the design of a Metadata Model / Schema. The content is tailored in particular for a DAM system for users and administrators who want to be empowered with the knowledge of how metadata can be the "lifeblood" of DAM and facilitate digital asset discovery, use and reuse in DAM.

DAM Leadership - Achieving Growth & Establishing Leadership

This master class and workshop is designed for DAM project and operational managers contemplating the pleasant glow that accompanies reaching the end of their design-and-deployment tunnel and starting to look towards what's next.
