Charlotte is responsible for the overall operational structure within Creative Solutions and the principal owner of all its systems and processes. She works with Global Discipline Leads and Regional Leads to harmonise processes and approaches for agency management, financial reporting, recruitment and onboarding and procurement.

Skilled in Archival Research, Metadata, Museums, Digital Preservation, and Library Science, and a strong program and project manager with a MLIS focused in Library Science from University of Pittsburgh.
