Marcela is the Director of Creative Operations for the Marketing & Promotions department of NBC Universal Telemundo in Miami Florida. Marcela has over 15 years’ experience working in creative operations and helping creative teams reach their maximum potential by optimizing workflow and process. Shannon is Senior Director of Client Services & Creative Operations at Hilton. She provides expert guidance, thought leadership, and strategic direction to ensure excellence in demand management, project delivery, communication, finance, and reporting. Key to the success of Hilton’s in-house agency initiative, Shannon identifies opportunities to establish cost effective digital services, which provides extensive savings to Hilton and owners. Delivering global digital growth, the award-winning in-house agency team has built an extensive portfolio of digital assets.

Callie is Director of Client Services & Creative Operations at Hilton, focusing on driving efficiencies, project delivery, process improvement and issue reduction. Callie identifies areas of opportunity for improvements in cross-functional collaboration and cohesiveness, while working to deliver award-winning digital experiences for Hilton's in-house agency.

David Iscove is an influencer in the adoption of cutting-edge creative application solutions related to enterprise-scale new media production and consumer engagement. David believes in empowering creatives by providing the right tools for each job and avoiding compromise. To accomplish this, David has focused his career on system integration design, automation, and data architecture improvements - the heavy lifting behind the scenes which, if performed correctly, enable simplicity on the front end for creatives to do what they do best...be creative!

With over 28 years of experience in digital media and creative marketing solutions Marcus enjoys helping clients solve business challenges. Marcus has been focused on Digital Asset Management for several years. He is the Sr Solutions Consultant for CyanGate and helps clients with digital transformation strategy and implementations.  Prior to joining CyanGate he helped transform and optimize dozens of fortune 500 firms across the globe such as: Mars-Wrigley, Kraft-Heinz, Macy’s, Perrigo, Genentech, FedEx Office, BCG, DexMedia, Verizon, Sensis and AT&T. 

In Sam's first 5 years at Widen Enterprises, he served as a Customer Success Manager to help more than 150 brands configure, launch, and grow their digital asset management solutions.  He now serves as a Senior Sales Advisor working with enterprise organizations to evaluate, ratify, and implement the Widen Collective.
