With a career spanning over 35 years in the music, computer games and film industries working in production, post-production and marketing services, the last 18 years of which at Universal Pictures International.   Nicky has experienced first-hand the challenges of how continue to deliver creative materials efficiently and cost effectively in an ever changing physical to digital landscape.  Outside of the office Nicky is the mother of two teenage children, a school Governor and trustee of a local medical charity.

Heather Hart leads a team of five professionals and oversees the network of systems and systems architecture that underpin The Huntington's digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining The Huntington, Hart served as director of information technology at the Broad Museum in Los Angeles, overseeing all aspects of the museum's digital footprint including digitizing the Broad's archives; overseeing the design and development of internal business systems; and creating and managing public-facing systems, including the museum's websites and mobile app.

Robert Ionta is a 3-time Emmy-Award winning broadcast and media management professional with over 20 years of experience in TV and sports broadcasting. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Television, Radio and Film production and went on to provide media management and content distribution services for Discovery Networks, Fox International, the 2002 World Cup and NBC Sports for 10 Olympic games. Rob discovered his passion for DAM during his time as a Sr.

Ryan Sciandra is the Director of Global Creative Technologies at Estee Lauder Companies. As the owner of digital asset management across ELC’s brands he has overseen the migration to a new platform as well as alignment required to ensure success and adoption. With more than 12 years’ experience, he has focused on understanding creative workflows, implementing digital tools & building internal frameworks for the production & distribution of consumer facing marketing assets.

Chad Beer has been a Digital Asset Manager for 20 years, working in a variety of industries including advertising, publishing, fashion, art museums, and consulting. Most of his work, from daily data organization and system administration, to metadata modeling, asset auditing and system implementation, to user outreach and training has been performed in DAM departments of one or two full time employees.  This has built deep experience with the challenges of keeping a DAM program afloat while moving it forward, using limited resources.

Ian McNemar has been working in the San Francisco Bay Area digital asset management space for about 10 years. He’s currently the Manager of Systems and Technology for Creative at Clif Bar & Company. Day-to-day, he focuses on crafting the Clif DAM roadmap, process discovery, training users, change management, and iteratively rolling out DAM to the enterprise. In addition to DAM, Ian’s team owns creative project management, and eCommerce asset distribution tools.
