Part client services, part strategist, part mentor, part therapist:  Polly has worked in digital for nearly 20 years and brings her real world experiences to commiserate, share, and empower others. Polly is a team builder, business grower and nurturer of individuals and relationships. She has worked in small independent agencies as well as the largescale global networks, across both public and private sector.

With over 20 years’ experience, Shaun has gained exposure to a wide range of industry sectors, creating and delivering multi-channel campaigns across many disciplines for start-ups through to global networks. In this time he has worked with and recruited some of the best creative talent in the industry having been involved in producing over 95 award-winning campaigns.

With over 19 years’ service at the WPP agency, in 2019 Tom became MediaCom UK’s first ever ECD. His role sees him working with some of MediaCom’s largest clients on big ideas that transcend the customary route of TV-first advertising. It fits, therefore, that before this role he spent nearly 5 years running the 80-strong content division, MediaCom Beyond Advertising. MBA developed, produced and managed many of MediaCom’s award-winning partnership, social media, influencer marketing, events, SEO and original video campaigns.

Graham Daldry began a university career that was abruptly ended by the Thatcher government in 1985. That led him to find his fortune writing and working in agencies in Leeds, Manchester and London before he found amazing beaches and dream clients on a small island on the edge of Europe, where he still lives and works for Specsavers.

 

Danielle Cardillo is a Marketing Infrastructure Manager at Netflix.  Danielle has spent over 17 years in the media operations industry helping to define workflows and best practices with leading content providers such as Showtime, AMC Networks, and HBO.  In her current role, Danielle works closely with engineering, product, creative, and operations professionals to build and implement tools and workflows across Netflix Creative Production.

Kyle has an extensive background with Digital Asset Management. He is currently the Digital Asset Manager for Vanderbilt University where he is responsible for the overarching DAM plan for the entire University as well as keeping open communication with stakeholders.

Carson’s previous employment was the head Digital Asset Manager at Ashley Furniture and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. He has presented material at the Henry Stewart Convention regarding DAM setup.

Elizabeth Blackwood is the Digital Archivist for California State University Channel Island's John Spoor Broome Library. She is responsible for managing university digital collections, procuring faculty and student research, and instruction relating to digital asset and data management. Prior to moving into academia, she managed DAM systems, infrastructure, and strategy for museums and cultural institutions in the Washington, DC area. Elizabeth specializes in improving user experiences and is interested in building professional networks and mentorship pathways in the DAM profession.
