Richard is the Senior Director of Creative Operations at Lands’ End. He has extensive experience in operations, production, project management, change management, and budgeting in a global multi-channel business environment. Richard has 20+ years of experience at Lands’ End in leadership roles, most recently shaping the creative operations, production, and project management teams for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, including the implementation of a sophisticated new DAM system.

Wynter is a marketing leader with a dynamic career encompassing account management, creative operations, and vendor outsourcing. She established global project management and creative operations at Sage Software, and built a preferred supplier program for Meta's Global Business Marketing organization. In her latest role, Wynter joined Walmart to spearhead Creative & Business Operations for the in-house Creative Studio, where she leads initiatives related to budget management, outsourcing strategies, tool utilization, and reporting processes.

As a Solutions Architect in the Customer Experience Management practice, Jaime he has led and delivered OpenText Media Management implementations for some of the biggest European brands across beauty, pharma and manufacturing.

He’s passionate about building multi-disciplinary teams where everybody’s expertise combines to get the most out of the products.

Elisabeth is a business consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Marketing Operations across a variety of sectors including retail, banking, automotive, publishing, consumer goods, telecoms and advertising. Her experience as a partner for customers has ensured a clear vision into the key drivers of successful marketing efficiency and effectiveness projects; balance the focus between people and technology, make the project a learning process and create measurable results.
