Amy has over 20 years of experience bringing together people, process, tools, and metrics that deliver unified workflows to omnichannel creative and marketing teams. She is currently leading the marketing operations consulting practice at Cella. Previously Amy held a broad range of operations roles at top companies including Athleta, Walmart/Sam's Club, Instacart, Dolby, Autodesk, Avid, and Apple.

Lisa has been directing DAM, taxonomy, and enterprise content programs in the US and Europe since the mid-1990s for companies, museums, and archives large and small, including Nature Publishing Group, Drexel University College of Medicine, Elsevier, GSK, Amazon and many more. She has worked as a DAM product owner, trainer, and administrator in-house, on the vendor side and as both an independent and corporate consultant. She teaches in the Rutgers DAM Certificate Program, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Library of Ireland.

Going above and beyond simple auto-tagging in Digital Asset Management through the use of customizable AI services

Auto-tagging has been a common implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Asset Management Systems but off the shelf “packaged” AI services do not add significant value to the business and tend to reduce asset discoverability. DAM implementations need to make assets discoverable using domain specific attributes for the industries that they are used in.
