Jamie Martin is the Corporate Archivist for IBM. Prior to IBM, she was the Corporate Archivist for Target Corporation. Jamie manages all archival and heritage activities at IBM, including marketing and communication support, exhibit design, collection management, and digital asset management. The collections of the IBM Archives span more than a century of business records, photographs, artifacts, audio visuals, and digital assets. Jamie has implemented a new DAM solution for the archives, including work to customize the GUI and develop asset workflows to meet the Archives’ needs.

Jody Coghlan is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and the Director of the Digital Asset and Media Management COE (DAMM COE) that includes Art Buying, the Digital Asset and the in-house PhotoStudio.

In 2001, Tony founded Real Story Group (formerly CMS Watch), setting out to create a new kind of research and advisory firm, one that worked only for enterprise technology customers who wanted the real story about Digital Workplace and Marketing Technologies. Over the years, Real Story Group's DAM research has become known for its technical depth, toughness, and absolute neutrality. Tony is also co-author of “The Right Way to Select Technology” (Rosenfeld Media).

In his role as CEO, Christopher works across the global ICP team to inspire and steward the continued growth of ICP as a leader in Content Operations, elevating our clients’ content lifecycle technologies and enhancing business processes to orchestrate the frictionless flow of content across Marketing and Commerce ecosystems.

Elias Castaneda leads the Content Operations and Analytics team at Hershey. His team is responsible for Hershey’s content management and syndication for over 630k pieces of content a year. Currently his team is in a 5 year journey of implementing a E2E content automation strategy. This content strategy includes the implementation of 5 core technologies and the optimization 20+ business processes across 7+ departments. 

Leah leads global digital asset management strategy and supports global digital content development and execution at McCormick & Co. Leah’s prior experiences in design, marketing, IT solutions and corporate training and change management position her as a leader in connecting and implementing marketing technology and driving digital communication strategy enabling transformation and creative productivity for McCormick’s 30+ global brands spanning over 140 countries.

Kristen Bernady is a leader in TD Ameritrade’s Marketing operations, where she has been personally responsible for revolutionizing their marketing workflow, and pioneering their move into the digital asset management world. In her 20 years at TD Ameritrade, Kristen has honed her expertise in process improvement and best-practices, while leading the way in ensuring compliance and government regulations are met.

Spencer has been involved in the DAM space for several years now and prior to joining CyanGate he managed the DAM system for an Advertising firm and Men’s Wearhouse. While at Men’s Wearhouse he also oversaw the design and implementation of a custom built automated database used for high-volume commercial photography workflow.
