Melissa heads up The Industry Club, a leading training and talent partner to the creative industries.

Her professional background before establishing the club in 2011, was in agency operations and project management, heading up these departments at leading London agencies for over 20 years. She now uses this invaluable experience to work as a talent and training consultant with creative agencies and leading brands.

Stephen is currently Head of Creative Operations within Worldwide Studios Creative Services Group at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe. He was previously Head of Sound, Tools & Technology, responsible for the creative and technical direction of an award-winning audio and programming department. With 13 years working in the games industry, his experience spans multiple genres, consoles and technologies. Stephen has a keen interest in coaching psychology and how it can help unlock individual and team potential.

Claire is the Director of Creative Services at fashion retailer, Boden where she is accountable for processes, systems, budgets, and project management/production of global, multi-channel customer content and Boden’s new in-house e-commerce studio. 

After starting her career in BTB publishing she moved to the retail sector and has been at Boden for over 20 years seeing it grow from sales of under £20M from catalogues in the UK to over £500M globally from multi-channel content all created by the team at Boden House, North Acton, West London

Clair is a multi-disciplinary fashion and retail executive who brings a strong combination of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership experience to her clients. She is a Partner at Forecast, where she helps brands identify and implement strategies and best practices around creative and content to ensure they can meet the needs of today's "content velocity". She has a unique background both in-house and agency-side and has worked for and consulted on all things creative + studio operations for brands including Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, the Gap, Ann Taylor, Target and more.

Louise is a senior Creative Operations consultant with over 15 years creative operations experience. White Door Consulting has advised more than 60 businesses including setting up Specsavers' creative operations, Amazon's fashion marketing operations across Europe, as well Tesco, BT, The BBC and many creative agencies. Louise’s career has been spent entirely in the Creative Operations space with senior management roles at leading agencies as well as client side at O2.

Metzti Bryan is the Head of Project Management at BBC Creative, where her team works with their creative, media and marketing teams to deliver a wide-range of integrated campaigns for the BBC. Starting her career in Toronto, Metzti moved to London where she brought her unique brand of organisation, optimism and creativity to Production and Project Management roles at award-winning agencies Grey London, adam&eveDDB and McCann London.

Julia is Head of Creative Operations at Specsavers Agency where she works with senior leadership to build a future-proofed in-house agency. In 2021, she was named one of Campaign's 40 over 40, joined BIMA's brand council and judged the BIMA 100, the industry body’s annual award for the hundred most influential people in UK digital and tech. She is also an avid mentor working with SheSays, Brixton Finishing School and Lollipop. 

Jim is a senior Creative Operations consultant with more than 25 years’ Creative Operations experience. His firm, WDC, has advised more than 60 businesses including Amazon, Tesco, BT, Specsavers, The BBC and many agencies. Jim’s background includes 10 years at BBH where he was a member of the senior management team and Board Director responsible for the smooth running of Operations, Production, Project Management and a number of subsidiary creative production businesses.
