Your DAM is your organization’s multimedia library, and who better to help your library succeed than librarians? Come hear first-hand the successes that can come from having trained librarians assist you on your DAM journey, whether hired internally or as a fractional and temporary extension of your staff. Every step from design and deployment to everyday use is better with an experienced librarian guiding the way.

A link to the recording will be shared post-webinar with all registrants.

Jen started in enterprise data management working on a global project team tasked with centralizing disparate processes and technologies across the organization. From this experience, she gained an understanding of data classification, learned the value of every step in the data lifecycle, and the importance of listening to your users.

I left the event feeling inspired and motivated, with a ton of practical takeaways that I could immediately apply to my own work. I would highly recommend this event to anyone in the creative industry looking to learn more about Creative Operations and improve their workflows.

Jeff von Spangenberg began his career as a photographer for a commercial San Francisco studio whose clients included Banana Republic, Pottery Barn, and Mighty Leaf Tea. In the mid-2000's he transitioned to working in post-production and was later hired to be part of the early Restoration Hardware (RH) Creative Production Team, where he went on to lead their post-production internal agency.

Ying is a newly minted (graduated) data scientist exploring the DesignOps world. Having just graduated from Johns Hopkins University a little over a year ago, there is still much to learn and experience in this tech intersection of data, operations, and design. She is curious how this convergence can lead to practical solutions and transformative change. Ying is passionate about bridging functional divides within organizations and challenging existing boundaries where data becomes the cornerstone of innovation and operations are fine-tuned for efficiency.

Jaclyn Ziccardi’s work is at the dynamic intersection of operations and knowledge management, harnessing foundational methodologies drawn from library and information science and design thinking. She has led high-stakes operations initiatives within the Tech Industry spanning digital asset management and enterprise tooling implementations, brand and product launches, and numerous employee experience programs.
