Carol is a Geordie-born, London-based Executive Creative Director. Over the past 16 years, she’s had experience agency side collaborating with in-house teams at Disney, Nickelodeon and ITV. For the past 4 years, she has led the European creative hub at Innocent Drinks, helping the team of copywriters, designers and packaging experts get to great work that puts a smile on drinkers' faces.

Ashley oversees the fast-paced landscape of sports media asset management for the NHL’s 32nd team, ensuring that video content is tagged, readily accessible, and preserved for the enjoyment of future fans. She also gets the unique opportunity to brag to her friends about being a hockey librarian.

Ashley is an experienced media manager, metadata expert, and chaos wrangler with over seven years in the digital asset management industry. She is passionate about creative problem solving, process management, and bridging the gaps between people, technology, and information management.

A founding member of the business in 2009, Sue is a passionate advocate for Team ITG’s culture of fun, openness and unwavering dedication. Leading business development, her hands-on approach helps ensure outstanding service levels to global clients including GSK, Heineken, Co-op, M&S, PUMA, KFC and more.

Andrew is a decorated creative leader with over 20 years of experience in media and advertising. Having worked with global brands such as McLaren Formula One, Chivas and Durex, he’s now leading the charge within Team ITG’s creative teams as they continue to push the boundaries for clients around the world.
