Mark is National Head of Construction and Engineering at law firm, Irwin Mitchell LLP.
With 38 years’ specialist experience, his practice covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering work as well as public procurement law.
His work spans a wide spectrum of project types. He has advised on and drafted contract documents for many commercial, large residential and mixed-use schemes. For the last 4 years he has been heavily engaged in building safety matters dealing with cladding remediation projects and disputes. He led a consortium of interested parties in the negotiation of remediation funding documents with DLUHC and their delivery partners.
He acts on a wide range of UK and international construction and engineering disputes.
He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a TeCSA accredited Adjudicator.
