Mark is Head of LGIM Property Operations of Investment Management. He is responsible for all Property & Facilities Management operations across over 700 properties in the UK following an 18 month transformation programme to implement a new occupier focussed operating model. Previously he has held leadership roles in Mitie and Capita Real Estate with a focus on Property Management, Facilities Management and Sustainability services.

Andrew has been with RICS for over eleven years, and prior to his role in leading the data and tech thought leadership and data standards function, managed RICS’ relationship with the finance and investment community working with debt and equity participants, their advisors in law and accountancy, and regulators.

Isobel is an Associate Director in ICG’s Living team and is responsible for origination, underwriting and execution of transactions, joining the team in June 2022. Isobel joined ICG from Cheyne Capital where she spent the past 6 years working on both execution and asset management, looking after a portfolio of c£1bn including special situations. During her 8 years in the industry, she has executed deals across the capital stack with exposure to various asset classes. Isobel’s focus is now on the residential development lending product.

Andrew is Head of Build to Rent at Colliers. He leads a successful team, helping developer and investor clients to capitalise on the continued growth of Build to Rent and Single Family Housing development and investment throughout the UK. Andrew and his team advise both sellers and buyers on large-scale investment transactions, specialising in forward funding transactions and the provision of strategic advice. Andrew has Chaired the British Property Federation's BTR Committee since 2015.

James heads the City and City Fringe investment and development team at Allsop with over 20 years’ experience in this sector.

He heads one of the most active teams in the London market having traded 0ver £900,000,000 over the past 18 months.

Commercial property markets enjoyed a strong first half in 2022, but activity across both occupier and investment markets slowed in the first quarter of the second half. Then there was the mini budget in September and the reversal in October. Economic and political uncertainty, rising interest rates, high debt servicing costs, and a surge in building costs have all added to investors’ list of worries and complicated decision-making.

A highly qualified real estate professional, John has extensive knowledge of direct and indirect real estate and finance projects in Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining Colliers, John was MD Corporate Finance at DTZ and Head of Capital Markets at LSH. He has worked extensively in distressed debt and NPL situations and has concluded transactions in the last 12 months for Cerberus, Starwood and LBG.

Oliver is Head of Economic Research and leads the quarterly UK forecasting process including the publication of Colliers' Real Estate Investment Forecasts (REIF) report. He also  authors the monthly Property Snapshot and, quarterly Scotland Snapshot. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked for the Centre for Economics and Business Research and IHS Markit. Oliver holds a BA in Economics from  Georg-August University Göttingen (Germany) and an MSc in Economics from Exeter University.
