Gareth is a chartered architect and senior director with Studio Four Architects in Hampshire. Gareth's wide project experience includes extensive involvement with primary healthcare design, having been responsible for the delivery of over 25 new facilities across southern England and providing design input into many others.

Stephen has held senior positions within large international property advisory companies carrying out UK and pan European loan security and portfolio valuations for clients including two of the largest European Industrial portfolios. Having also worked for one of the UK’s largest specialist lenders, Stephen has unique experience in carrying out valuation reviews and providing lending advice in all property types and sectors, helping identify property specific valuation and lending risks.

Thomas is a City Growth Director for Jacobs and has over 15 years experience working across the Regeneration and Infrastructure sectors. A Landscape Architect by base profession Thomas has spent much of his career focussing on the role Placemaking plays in the establishment of vibrant, sustainable and resilient urban centres. More recently Thomas is responsible for Jacobs Solutions & Technology effort which aims to bring the best of the organisations global expertise to resolve local clients challenges. 

 

George is the head of Cushman & Wakefield in the UK & Ireland. He leads a team of 1,200 committed individuals who support investors, developers and occupiers in delivering real estate solutions across multiple sectors and services throughout the UK & Ireland.

His role in the UK & Ireland is focused on providing strategic leadership to the business ensuring that they deliver highly tailored solutions to our clients in what is fast evolving real estate world.

Cladding – The Implication For Valuation

A property truism: whatever the condition every property has a value – even if that value is a negative value. 

Inappropriate cladding has created a problem. Remedial works need to be done. Those remedial works will have a cost and someone (perhaps multiple individuals and organisations) will have to pay those costs. 

Chanelle joined Savills as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Savills in March 2022. Before that she spent all of her career within the Civil Service in a number of departments that centre around public service and a focus on people. Chanelle has over ten years of D&I experience, but also has strong wellbeing, people and culture experience – experience which she hopes to share during the event.
