Chris is a chartered quantity surveyor with 22 years of experience in the construction industry, working with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, public bodies and employers. He has acquired considerable dispute resolution experience in all major sectors such as building (residential and commercial), healthcare, education, industrial, water, energy, rail and ports. Chris provides expert witness opinion on complex quantum issues, including valuation of proposed work, final accounts, change management, delay and disruption associated with all major forms of contract.

Richard provides specialist lease end strategy advice to landlords and tenants across a range of assets. He also has experience in providing technical due diligence building surveys, Schedules of Condition, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Contract Administration on construction projects.
