Charlotte acts for a range of international clients, including institutional investors, developers, operators, banks and funds on all kinds of transactions involving commercial and residential property. 

She has developed particular expertise in complex development transactions in the hotel and leisure industry, advising on the whole lifecycle of a scheme  - from the identification and acquisition of a site, through to the development phase, financing and eventual opening.

Charlotte's experience includes:

Alex is a graduate of Cass Business School, and a chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience, he provides financial viability analysis and bespoke appraisals as part of the development process for a wide range of developers, landowners, public sector bodies and occupiers.

Sarah has extensive experience in all aspects of planning law and practice with a particular focus on London regeneration and redevelopment, compulsory purchase, high-rise development, infrastructure including energy infrastructure, road and rail, and large scale multi-use schemes.

Rima is the R&D Lead for AECOM’s Fiscal Incentives team and has been with the company since 2016. With over seven years’ of experience, she has worked in both industry and consultancy practices, and has prepared R&D tax credit claims for clients across various sectors including construction, information technology, transport, environment and engineering.
