Hilton has worked on a number of hotel transactions over the last 14 months. Prior to joining OakNorth, Hilton spent almost two years at HSBC as a Relationships Director within Real Estate Hotel Finance. Before HSBC, he spent almost 11 years working at Santander focusing initially on commercial real estate finance and later as the Head of Hotel Finance within the bank’s corporate division.

Nick is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who has been advising on investment and operational real estate for 30 years, originally providing valuations of commercial investments throughout western Europe to UK pension funds, private equity investors and banks.
