Head of Industrial & Logistics Research working closely with the Research & Forecasting team whilst supporting the Industrial and Logistics teams nationally in providing research and advises to clients. Andrea leads on the division’s key research papers which include, but not limited to, the Industrial & Logistics Barometer and the UK Speculative Development Map – both of which have become key benchmark publications highly valued by UK investors and developers alike.

Tom brings over 13 years of investment and development real estate experience to Round Hill Capital. Tom joined Round Hill Capital in 2017 and leads the UK Investment and Acquisitions team across accommodation sectors focusing primarily on residential build to rent and purpose built student accommodation. Tom led the expansion of the student and residential business into Ireland with investments into development projects delivering over 2,000+ beds/units.

Arthur joined Cain International in 2021 through its acquisition of Fortwell Capital Limited and leads the firm’s newly developed Fortwell debt strategy. The strategy currently manages a £500m multi-sector loan book principally within the UK with debt sizes between £10m - £75m.

Jill is a senior counsel in the Construction & Engineering group. Jill specialises in non-contentious construction and engineering projects across a number of sectors, such as health, housing, leisure, energy and education, and regularly advises on building contracts (both industry standard form and bespoke), development agreements, pre-construction agreements, appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights, as well as security documents, such as performance bonds, payment bonds and guarantees. Jill has advised on numerous major projects and PFI transactions.

Giordano has almost 15 years of experience within CBRE Hotels and over this period he has worked with different service lines across various geographies. Within his role, he now oversees operator selection process across Europe, with a specific specialization for luxury and ultra-luxury properties. Giordano also plays an active role in investment & strategic advisory projects.

Ben is a Director in the EMEA Hotel Advisory Services team. Ben’s experience includes feasibility and advisory studies, commercial due diligence exercises and strategic business reviews for a wide array of hotel projects across the EMEA region with specific specialisation in the Luxury segment. Ben joined CBRE Hotels in 2013 after holding a number of management positions with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, at hotels such as The Savoy London, The Plaza New York and Fairmont Singapore. 

David is a chartered planner with 10 years’ public sector experience and over 7 years’ in consultancy. Prior to joining AECOM, he was a member of Croydon’s spatial planning team and worked on the Local Plan from inception through to examination and adoption. He has worked collaboratively with Government departments and non-departmental public bodies on site promotion, viability, flooding, marine planning, climate change and green/blue infrastructure projects.
