Mark is a highly experienced banker having started his career at Barclays in the mid-eighties. He worked in the Barclays specialist property finance team and during his career has written more than £2bn of property transactions across the UK. Mark has also worked at Titlestone Property Finance and more recently at Contour Capital where he was Managing Director. Mark has an MBA from Sheffield Business School and is a member of the Association of Property Lenders.

Ricky Kapoor is the Managing Director of his family group of businesses which include a London Business Centre, Rustic London Wine Bar and The Edinburgh Collection which own and operate hotels in Edinburgh comprising of the Old Waverley Hotel, Haymarket Hub Hotel, Holyrood Aparthotel and Princes Street Suites. Ricky graduated from Leicester’s DeMontfort University with a BSc (Hons) degree in 1992 in Industrial and Business Systems and began his career in the Hospitality Industry some 25 years ago.

Rima is the R&D Lead for AECOM’s Fiscal Incentives team and has been with the company since 2016. With over seven years’ of experience, she has worked in both industry and consultancy practices, and has prepared R&D tax credit claims for clients across various sectors including construction, information technology, transport, environment and engineering.

Nick is an Associate within AECOM’s specialist Fiscal Incentives team. His career in the accountancy profession has been exclusively in tax, specifically corporate tax. He specialises in fiscal incentives and business valuations, with a particular focus on advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, high net worth (HNW) individuals and private investors in the UK.

Pure’s Structured Finance division creates tailor-made funding solutions for property investment and development clients with complex borrowing requirements. Tom and his highly skilled team provide a personal service to customers requiring something more than just a conventional or mainstream debt facility, which often sees Tom pulling on his wide network of funders that include Boutique Investment Banks, Institutional Funds, Family Offices, HNW’s and Private Equity Funds.

Peter brings over 20 years of experience in European real estate development to the firm. He is responsible for Round Hill’s Development Programme across Europe. Peter has previously been responsible for developing over six million square feet of commercial and residential space in London, the UK and Europe. He was recently employed by Arcadis NV (formerly EC Harris LLP) as Global Head of Development Consultancy. Prior to this, he established Creywell Ltd, a Development Management consultancy firm which was sold to EC Harris in 2011.

Lana is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Development Team. Although now specialising in real estate development, Lana’s general commercial property and residential property background enables her to advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters ranging from the grant of commercial leases through to the setting up of residential development sites. Lana acts for a variety of client’s including landlords, developers and a growing restaurant chain.
