Anuraag has over decade of experience in hotel advisory services. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Anuraag was Associate Director at one of the leading boutique independent hotel advisory firms, TRI Hospitality Consulting, having worked for the firm for over seven years providing hotel sector advisory services to commercial banks, institutional and small funds, developers, governments, high net worth individuals and international/national hotel groups spanning the UK, Europe and Africa.

Andrew joined CBRE in May 2015 to lead the National Healthcare Valuation Team within the Specialist Markets division in London. Previously he set up and ran the healthcare valuation teams at Savills from 2000 and prior to that at Edward Symmons. He has over 25 years’ experience in the sector advising a range of banks, investors, operators and developers across the full spectrum of the care sector to include care homes, specialist care, medical centres, hospitals and assisted living.

Jane Lees is an Executive Director of CBRE Hotels and Head of the Hotel Valuation team for the EMEA region. Specialising in Hotel Valuations, Jane offers over 20 years of extensive experience in the corporate real estate business. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels Jane led the healthcare valuation team at Colliers International. Jane has spent time working in Hong Kong within the valuation team at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Paul is a Director in AECOM’s Property Solutions business unit and responsible for the Fiscal Incentives service, joining the team in 1997. He is dual qualified in property and tax, with qualifications from both the RICS and Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). With over thirty years’ experience, he has worked extensively across all commercial sectors in the UK as well as on projects overseas. Working with a variety of clients, his specialisms include Capital Allowances, Land Remediation Relief, HMRC negotiations, Singapore and Malaysia tax depreciation consultancy and VAT.

Fred has 20+years of experience in the Capital Markets in both asset management and investment banking with a focus on UK, EUR and US inflation. He started his financial services career in 1997 when he joined US investment bank DLJ where he worked on early VAR models and valuing structured products such as FX NDFs, convertible asset swaps and options. In 1999 he moved to Barclays Capital to work with the interest rate strategy team, focusing on quantitative modeling and analysis of interest rates and foreign exchange.

Peter is an Executive Director in the Valuation and Advisory team. Peter leads the retail valuation team of 14 people as well as working with all areas of valuation for a number of clients in the UK and all over continental Europe. He also sits on the strategy group for V&A, as well as the RICS Valuation Standards Board, and has over 30 years’ experience in the valuation of all types of property on behalf of owners, lenders, investors throughout Europe but also in Japan and Mauritius.
