Nick is a Partner with extensive experience of advising on transactions in the hotel and hospitality sectors including on hotel and resort management contracts, franchising arrangements and acquisitions and disposals of hotels. His clients include investors, developers, lenders and operators. Nick is listed in Chambers & Partners as a notable practitioner having "significant experience in management and operational agreements, M&A work and rebranding matters". He is a regular speaker at hotel sector conferences including the International Hotel Investment Forum.

Guido Fredrich joined Hyatt in 2015 and currently serves as regional vice president of development. He is responsible for development activity in Western Europe. Prior to joining Hyatt, Guido has held positions in consulting, equity and banking and has worked on transactions with an aggregate volume of over GBP 1.5 billion. Guido gained operational experience from his tenure with Mandarin Oriental Group. 

Philip has worked for 27 years in the property industry and is the former Head of Savills Hotels. He provides consultancy services, advising corporate clients with interests within the hotels sector as well as investors and Banks. During course of 2012, Philip was involved with over €5bn of hotel and leisure properties throughout UK, Europe and internationally. Philip begun his career in the 1980s and has over 20 years' experience of working within the hotel industry, and strategically built up the Savills hotels division from its inception in 1995.

Philip has gained extensive experience as both an operator and a professional adviser, and began his hotel career at Trusthouse Forte, where he held senior operational roles in hotels in London and was seconded to a hotel in Morocco. Professional positions have included Managing Consultant at PKF Hotels London in the 1990's, Senior Manager at KPMG and a Partner of Cushman & Wakefield LLP in London. Philip has also run his own consultancy practice in Cyprus, working extensively in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Jane leads the valuation team from London, working across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels Jane led the healthcare valuation team at Colliers International. Jane has spent time working in Hong Kong within the valuation team at Jones Lang LaSalle.
