Claire is an associate in the Southampton Real Estate Team. She advises on a variety of commercial property matters including all aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, and investment acquisitions and disposals. Claire joined Lester Aldridge in 2018 having qualified at an international law firm in 2006 and since then working at two other major regional and national law firms. She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of property portfolio work acting for both landlords and tenants.

Roger specialises in major development projects, including site acquisitions, financing, development agreements and construction documentation and disposals. He regularly advises on joint ventures and collaborations. Whilst dealing with a broad range of development projects, Roger has a particular interest in waterside developments, acting for a number of ports and marina operators, and the Healthcare sector. He has in-depth knowledge of industry standard forms including JCT, NEC and FIDIC and extensive experience of drafting and negotiating construction contracts for new build and refurbishment projects in the energy, health, educational and R&D sectors, including PFI/PPP and LIFT projects.
