Sara created and heads up ANZ New Zealand's in-house studio, Hustle. She launched Hustle during the challenging 2020 lockdowns, bringing ANZ NZ's design and copywriting work in-house, driven by the belief that high-quality creative shouldn’t always be a struggle or a big expense. It’s more of a “super cool internal studio” than a flashy in-house agency, but it really packs a punch, delivering results and killer creative.

Megan is an internationally practised digital strategist and a key contributor to Sitecore’s digital experience strategy. Able to identify customer needs, industry issues, and opportunities, she bridges the gap between marketing and technology to achieve exceptional results.

Clare Ralston is a seasoned marketing operations and creative production leader with nearly 20 years of experience across agency and in-house environments in cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Glasgow, and London. Clare's expertise spans integrated campaigns, brand strategy, advertising, digital, print, video, and event production. She excels in systems management and implementation, having overseen the selection, deployment, and management of various platforms and processes.

Matthieu Lorrain is a creative and technology pioneer in the fields of digital experiences & content innovation.

He is currently Creative Lead, AI & Creativity Research at Google DeepMind. He is also the co-founder of fAke Artists, a creative collective exploring the future of post-reality experiences.

Sarah has over 19 years of experience in creative agencies, including M&C Saatchi, DDB / Tribal Worldwide, Clemenger Proximity, and CommBank in-house. She has a passion for how we make things, the talented people behind it all, and the customer experience of brand campaigns. 

Phil Maggs is the Director of Generative AI Excellence at Superside, focused on advancing the company’s generative AI capabilities. He has played a key role in building and developing AI service offerings, leading over 1,000 projects to date. Phil is now focused on refining these solutions and driving further innovation in the space. With 20+ years of experience, Phil has worked with major brands such as Netflix, Google, IBM, and Rolls Royce.
