Creative & Fashion Enthusiast Kim Maxwell is a published author, former fashion stylist, and a multifaceted, resourceful leader with a passion for managing projects, teams, and sample operations in both digital and traditional marketing and advertising. She currently serves as the Creative Lead for Stitch Fix, where she manages sample operations for creative production and product imaging. In this role, Kim oversees all aspects of the sample workflow, including partnerships, timelines, and milestones.

Alison Hicks is Associate Professor of Library and Information Studies in the Department of Information Studies at University College, London (UCL), UK. Prior to returning to the UK, Alison worked as an academic librarian in the United States for over a decade. Alison received her PhD in Library and Information Science from the Swedish School of Library and Information Science, Borås, Sweden. She also holds an MSIS from the University of Texas, Austin, USA, and an MA in French and Spanish from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.

Salman Rizvi brings over two decades of experience in the Experience pillar, specializing in digital transformations. He currently is RVP Solutions Consulting for Digital Experience and leads the global Presales Digital Experience solution consultants, driving innovative solutions for business growth and customer satisfaction. As Experience Business Evangelist at OpenText, Salman wore multiple hats, including Chief Architect and Value Engineer, providing strategic leadership in Professional Services.
