Jeff Bridges is the VP, Client & Partner Development at Ntara. He is a seasoned IT professional with 25+ years of leadership experience managing the delivery of technology-driven business solutions and aligning efforts between enterprise technology architecture and business functions. For the past nine years, Jeff has worked in the MDM and PIM space on both the product/software side and services/implementation.

Chris has over nine years’ experience working as a Solution Architect on Business Process Management, Marketing Resource Management, Digital Asset Management, Web/Content Management and Marketing Automation applications in a client-facing role. Before joining EMMsphere Plus, he managed the DAM at a large retailer and assisted in the transition to a new system

Tom Skinner has been the Executive Creative Director for TikTok's Global Business Marketing for the past 4 years. In this time has been creating and consulting on best in class creativity for the biggest and best brands on TikTok and pushing the platform's creativity, brand effects and commercial offerings. 

Prior to this he has over 20 years experience at the cutting edge of future focused advertising with UGC and digital innovation at its heart, notably at Lowe, The & Partnership and BBH London.

Leonard Houx is the Director of Learning Design at Cambridge Education Group. He is a fellow of the University of London's Centre for Online and Distance Education (CODE) and a former Director of the Learning Network. In 2022, he won Gold for the Learning Technology Awards' Learning Designer of the Year Award. He has written about online learning for the Financial Times, Times Higher Ed, and Guardian.

JoAnn is the Team Lead for Content Management, a part of the Global Content Excellence Hub at Merck. She designed and launched a new Digital Asset Management platform to 49+ markets, including the US, and manages a team that includes 9 Asset Librarians. Her past professional experience includes 20 years in Pharmaceutical Marketing Operations, supporting US and International markets.

With a rich background spanning marketing creative production and computer science, Aaron brings a unique blend of expertise to every project. With over a decade of experience in using, building, and managing DAM systems, Aaron has developed a deep understanding of the needs of both creative professionals and IT teams. His ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and technological execution has been instrumental in streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiency for various organizations.

Ian Paradise has more than a decade of experience that informs his approach, leading complex projects from initial concept to successful launch. He possesses expertise across the entire design process, encompassing user research, user experience, meticulous scheduling, planning, and budget management.
Adept at collaboration, he fosters high-performing design teams across various divisions, ensuring smooth development handoffs, insightful reviews, and timely status updates.

Christian Baber is a chemist by training and holds undergraduate and PhD degrees in computational chemistry with a focus on AI techniques to assess the synthetic accessibility of de novo design compounds.

Christian continued this work with a post-doctoral fellowship on the automated design of targeted combinatorial libraries at the Department of Knowledge Engineering, Osaka University, Japan before moving into industry initially as a computational chemist and cheminformatician.
