Steve is the DAM Operations Lead at Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest tool company. Based in the UK, he manages the day-to-day operations of the global DAM, leading a team with members in the USA, Latin America and the UK.

Steve is responsible for delivering and maintaining the DAM SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), overseeing all new content ingestion and the curation of existing assets while supporting users from both inside and outside SBD and working closely with the DAM vendor on system updates and functionality.
