Lisa is an experienced digital and product management leader who values building team cultures of empathy, authenticity and psychological safety. She has over 15 years of Marketing Technology experience with a unique mix of channel, design system and content management platform leadership roles, contributing to her broad perspective of what is possible in a comprehensive content supply chain.

Lisa has worked in B2C and B2B products and services and has a range of industry experience from Consumer Packaged Goods,  Automotive, Healthcare and more.

Jen Rapp has led marketing and communications for the world’s most compelling brands: Patagonia, DoorDash, TOMS Shoes, Klaviyo, and now Superside. With a specialty in working with founder-led brands, Jen has two IPOs under her belt and has led the rebrands of DoorDash in 2017 and Klaviyo in 2022. Known as a creative and untraditional marketer, you can most often find Jen outdoors, she’s an active rock climber, aviator, alpinist, competitive equestrian, and former BASE jumper. Jen is also a proud mom to five children.

As part of the Global Technical Capabilities team at Sitecore, Caridad educates customer stakeholders at major global brands on the technical and value driven benefits of adopting Sitecore’s flagship DAM solution, Sitecore Content Hub. Caridad's combination of experience in the visual arts, library science, and creative asset management gives her unique expertise on the challenges of managing massive collections of brand assets.
