There are many definitions and flavors for Digital Asset Management (DAM) in the market today: there’s DAM in Product Management, in asset creation, collaboration, and even your good old databases!  While for some use-cases you may need one of those, for most organizations a DAM solution fits the bill.

In this webinar, hear how brand owners are managing their own onboard resource, and complementing it with the appropriate level of external agency input.

David Wethey, Owner of Agency Assessments International and Associate Consultant at ICP, reviews the ways in which in-house models have been used, and will be used in the future, to improve creative operations.

He will cover the many flavors of in-house and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. Most importantly he will suggest, based on his own experience, how to select the best option for your own organization.

David Wethey is a best-selling business author, who has devised three breakthrough management systems: Smart Decision Making (DECIDE 2012), Mote The Super Meeting (MOTE 2015), and Idea Economics (THE VERY IDEA 2018). In a long career in advertising he managed five ad agencies on three continents, and facilitated scores of pitches around the world for some of the world’s biggest brand owners, involving nearly all of the best agencies.
