Kyran Weir is the Global DAM Coordinator for Nestlé. He has had a broad career history, spanning across the fields of graphic design, project management and IT systems. Most recently, he has been managing the global deployment of a Digital Asset Management system for the world’s largest food and beverage company.

Eli Chapman is SVP of Enterprise Strategy and Sales at Celtra. Eli has spent his career working at the intersection of creative, technology, and insights. Before Celtra, Eli was Head of Media and Connections at R/GA, where he built out a talent rich department supporting diverse client work across R/GA globally, including Pepsi Co, Crocs, LEGO, and Samsung.

Creighton has 15+ years of relationship, account, resource, program, and production management experience. He has a significant expertise and a passion for creating order out of chaos and is proficient in building and prioritizing cross-functional programs, teams, processes, and multi-million-dollar budgets — including on complex technology projects. And he has a solid track record of orchestrating multiple marketing functions in the high-tech space, both on agency- and client-side.

Nyke graduated from The Highschool Of Art & Design in 2009 majoring in film and worked at a post-production facility, Syncro Services, where he was first introduced to the other side of commercial production, playing out Amex / Chase commercials to Digi Betas and digitizing sesame Street episodes for PBS. From there, Nyke went on to work at Final Frame where he stood as the solo IT guy, helping to build edit bays for a wide range of productions such as Bravo's Southern Charm and Disney’s Queen Of Katwe.

Michael brings more than 30 years of hands on marketing operations experience to the table. His mission is straightforward - lower cost, while simultaneously increasing quality and speed to market. He is a creative problem solver with a “can do” attitude enabling him to cut to core issues and establish best practices.

Michael’s experience and his “plain speak” style have prepared him to guide today’s marketing and management executives with confidence and a comprehensive approach.

Liana Arnold leads marketing for OpenText Hightail, a cloud-based collaboration and file sharing software designed for creative content reviews and approvals. Before joining the Hightail team over four years ago, Liana worked for a number of advertising agencies.

Nicky's first role in Creative Operations was a work experience slot at Grey. Within 8 years she became Chief Operating Officer of Anomaly and IPA Woman of Tomorrow.

Nicky specializes in optimizing Marketing and Creative Operations for brands and agencies, working on-site with teams to co-create solutions from within, supporting and guiding them through key critical decisions, and working with them to implement new processes and in-bed new skills and team members. Ever popular, she builds long-term relationships that live on long after initial project completion.

Jose Santa Ana is Director of Product Marketing at Sitecore, the only company bringing together content, commerce, and data into one connected platform that delivers millions of digital experiences every day. Jose has accumulated over 20 years experience in IT and enterprise software, with senior marketing roles at IBM, Return Path, Omniture (now Adobe), 3Com, Alterian (now SDL), Amdocs, and Hyperion Solutions (now Oracle), as well as industry analyst roles at both IDC and Gartner.
