Shyam Oberoi is the Chief Digital Officer for the Royal Ontario Museum where he oversees the Museum’s digital and technology strategy.  Before coming to the ROM, he was the Director of Technology and Digital Media at the Dallas Museum of Art, where he led the Museum’s digital and technical initiatives with responsibility for media creation, gallery interactives, technical services and mobile experiences.

Julia is a Digital Asset Librarian who puts her enthusiasm for metadata and good old fashioned user centered design towards her current work at EDF.

For the past 10 years she has worked in a variety of content management metadata roles in the media and entertainment space where she developed a focus on the complex nature of international content sharing. She believes that her primary job is to make the systems less intimidating for the users she works with, and she's likely not alone.

Elana's background in graphic design and print production led her to pursue a career in Digital Asset Management as she learned to create and maintain repeatable, scalable digital asset structures in complex, creative environments. While working closely with various stakeholders, Elana discovered new ways to catalog and transfer digital assets and streamline workflow.
