Ahren E. Lehnert is an information and knowledge management professional with over twenty years’ experience in taxonomy, text analytics, search, and content and records management. Ahren has developed enterprise taxonomies and knowledge development and retrieval strategies as a consultant and full-time employee in a broad range of industries. He writes about and is a frequent speaker on industry topics. Ahren is Principal Taxonomist at NIKE, Inc. He lives and works in Oakland, California. If you don’t find him swimming in information, you will find him swimming laps.

Bonnie Griffin is an experienced taxonomy consultant. Her expertise spans various industries, including tech and finance. She previously served as the taxonomist for PayPal's Knowledge Management Content team and held roles at Indeed, where she developed occupational taxonomies for international markets and led global taxonomy teams.

She holds a PhD in French Literature from Vanderbilt University. Bonnie is based in Austin

John is a seasoned creative professional with over seventeen years of experience in media. He began his career at Nickelodeon, advancing from Production Assistant to Executive Producer, where he led a large creative team in crafting promos and branding pieces for major live events and digital channels.

Richard has extensive experience in project management and operations in a global multi-channel business environment. He’s been in leadership positions at Lands’ End for over 20 years, currently overseeing enterprise creative operations which includes photography operations and production, digital asset management, catalog production, and creative project management. Richard’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and recently achieved a Master of Science degree in Project Management.

Jennifer has been working in the digital asset management industry since 2006 and has proficiency in the following: designing controlled vocabulary, training end users, rights management, governance, gathering statistics on the usage of DAM systems, and collaborating across multiple departments to define workflow processes including integrations. 

Additional skills and experience involve art buying and enterprise-wide copyright training. She is also part of an internal AI team to help maintain compliance involving the use of artificial intelligence. 

Kristine started her work in the DAM industry at the height of the pandemic in 2020 when New Balance had to change the way sample product was shared with R&D, Sales, and Markets across the globe. Not having worked in the data field before, but always up for a challenge and using her knowledge and skills in a new way, she jumped in without hesitation and hasn’t looked back.  With her redefined role, Kristine is quickly becoming a Subject Matter Expert in all things Metadata.
