Ellen Payne works strategically across Hearst Magazines' 25 titles to revamp editorial structures and processes to keep pace with the evolving publishing environment. She is known for her industry expertise, innovative solutions, and transformative results. She helped roll out a global DAM at Hearst, which now services more than 1,700 users. Prior to joining Hearst, Ellen Payne was executive managing editor of Glamour, and managing editor of Cosmopolitan and Los Angeles magazine.

With extensive experience in cutting-edge Dynamic Asset Management and Delivery Solutions, Ben has led or been involved with hundreds of successful projects for enterprise organisations, retailers of all sizes, and leading global brands. Ben has enjoyed over 10 years in this space with both Adobe Systems, and UK based Amplience, and is currently a Senior Solution Engineer with Cloudinary.

Mindy is a taxonomist, ontologist, metadata generalist and DAM guru. She has been an independent consultant offering services building metadata schemas, taxonomies, knowledge graphs and data flows for a variety of information systems. She has worked with clients such as TripAdvisor, New York Public Radio and on a contract with Meta as the Technical Program Manager for DAM Operations.

As General Sales Manager, Mark leads the North American and LATAM sales teams for Adstream. Mark brings over 13 years of sales and professional development experience to the team.  Mark’s responsibilities include setting new business targets, forecasting and devising strategy for Adstream in North America.  Mark has global sales experience having managed, coached, and mentored sales teams in several locations including Malaysia and his home country, Australia.
