John has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in managing and designing production workflows. He started his career in the publishing industry, where he assisted organizations in transitioning from traditional typesetting to desktop publishing. His expertise later expanded into digital asset management (DAM), which he now considers as his primary platform for digital workflows.

With over 25 years’ experience in the creative technology industry, Mr. Carroll has embraced the challenges inherent in this constantly evolving and highly competitive field by mastering the languages spoken in the technology, creative, and corporate offices – and serving as interpreter.

Brand owners must ensure their online and offline journeys complement each other and that, together, they deliver the highest levels of overall customer experience. In many companies today, channel marketing is not managed in a holistic way, and the customer experience is, therefore, not consistent.

Join us as we look at some simple processes and actions to help your brand get things right:

Romney has worked in the world of DAM, Data and Digital Transformation for 25 years, starting her career at the BBC, and since launching Borrowed Insight has worked with global companies such as Nestle, Campari, Net-A-Porter, EA Sports, Novartis, Papier, Henkel and Michelin helping them on their content lifecycle journey.

Alec has worked in the DAM industry for the last 12 years as a senior technical consultant, advising customers on their implementations. Working with the likes of LEGO, Games Workshop, The British Museum and Microsoft, he has worked on very different implementations with diverse requirements, business processes and change management practices. More recently, Alec has moved to the vendor side, helping customers transition from the purchase of Aprimo to ensuring they gain the benefits of the solution as quickly as possible and build on their requirements over time.

Wouter joined global development organization Oxfam 10 years ago as head of communications for the Belgian office.  The stories, photos and videos of the people Oxfam works with are key in raising support for the organisation’s programs.

Wouter’s insight on which content works best to engage audiences across a variety of online and offline channels led him to assume the role of Content Manager at Oxfam’s global secretariat in 2017.

Rich works on the team that evangelizes WoodWing's DAM solution to the world. Before taking on the role of Technical Marketing Manager, he worked in pre-sales, down in the trenches with our clients. This front-line experience helped him develop a unique point-of-view about marketing technology, the true needs of our clients, and the importance of core functionality over bespoke feature sets. Prior to joining WoodWing in 2015, Rich worked at Time Inc. on the team that produced the first iPad editions of Time, Sports Illustrated, & Fortune Magazines.
